This policy explains what information is processed when you visit muunplay.com or contact MUUN GROUP COMPANY LIMITED by email, and the choices you have.

The website muunplay.com is operated by MUUN GROUP COMPANY LIMITED(CÔNG TY TNHH MUUN GROUP), a company registered in Vietnam under enterprise registration number (tax id)0110420977, with its registered address at No. 45B, Alley 153, Cau Coc Street, Tay Mo Ward, Ha Noi, Vietnam (“MUUN GROUP”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers this corporate website and email communication with us. Our mobile games are separate products. Each game will provide its own privacy information, available in the game and on its store page, describing any data the game processes.

3. Visiting this website

This website is a static information site. In particular:

  • It has no user accounts, sign-up, login or contact form.
  • We do not use analytics tools, advertising tags, tracking pixels or social media plugins on this website.
  • We do not set cookies, and the site does not store information in your browser.
  • Fonts and other resources are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party font or script services when you load a page.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the website against abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical information sent by your browser or device, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare as our hosting provider under its own policies; we do not use this information to identify you. 4. Contacting us by email

When you write to one of our email addresses, we receive the information you choose to send, which normally includes your name, your email address, the content of your message and any attachments. If you contact player support, this may also include the game name, your device model and details of the issue.

Our business email is provided by Google Workspace (Google LLC and its affiliates), which stores and processes messages on our behalf. See theGoogle Workspace privacy information.

5. How we use information

We use the information you send us only to:

  • read and respond to your enquiry or support request;
  • follow up on a business, partnership or technical matter you raised with us;
  • keep records needed to meet our legal, accounting or regulatory obligations; and
  • protect our rights and prevent misuse, where necessary.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask us to.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only with the service providers that make this website and our email work — currently Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (business email) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority.

7. International transfers

Our service providers operate infrastructure in many countries. Information you send us, or technical data processed when you visit the website, may therefore be processed outside Vietnam. We rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards to protect that information.

8. How long we keep information

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and afterwards only for as long as reasonably necessary for our records or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time, subject to any legal obligation to keep it.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the personal data protection laws of Vietnam, you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
  • withdraw consent you previously gave, where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

10. Children

This corporate website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to our business email to people who need it and use the security features provided by our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our website or practices change — for example, if we add a new feature. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
